Refund and Cancellation - FlowerBookay.com

1. Product Images: Images shown on the website are only for reference. Actual delivered flowers may vary in design/shape as they are sourced from local vendors and manually arranged.
   No refund will be entertained for image variation claims. However, FlowerBookay.com guarantees the exact number of flowers ordered will be delivered.
2. Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be emailed to flowerbookay.com@gmail.com at least 24 hours before delivery time to claim a refund of the actual order value paid.
   No refund will be made once delivery has been initiated. Discounts/offers/exempted amounts will not be considered in refund.
3. Non-Delivery: Refund will be issued in case an order is not delivered due to any reason, after deducting 5% processing charges. FlowerBookay.com will not be liable for any loss or claim beyond the actual amount paid.
4. Partial Delivery: If any item from a combo/multiple products order is missed or undelivered by the delivery partner, FlowerBookay.com will either re-deliver the missing item or issue a partial refund of the undelivered product.
5. Damaged Products: If any product is delivered in damaged condition, it must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 12 hours will not be entertained. In such cases, FlowerBookay.com will repair or re-deliver the product.
6. Wrong Information: No refund will be made if the order could not be delivered due to wrong address or incorrect contact number provided by the customer.
7. Refused Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept the product, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
8. Delivery Timings: Standard delivery time is between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Exact time commitments cannot be guaranteed. Orders may be delayed due to traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen reasons.
   No refund will be provided for delayed deliveries.
9. Exchange or replacement : if your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment methods with in 7 -10 working days. Exchange or replacement of the product will be delivered with in 1-3 days
